Smile New tire to try $40.88 shipped - Pepboys - Nika Avatar V312 165/65R14

Just got 2 of these via Pep Boys ebay store.

Shipping is fast and got here in 2 days via FedEx. Overall looks pretty good. I will have it install tonight at some cheap local tire place $15 mount and balance each.

I am going to put it on along with 2 new Dunlop OEM and see how long they last. I think for the price it will last about 20k miles while the OEM i think about 35k miles.. I will roate these around 5k miles each.

We will see... The price is $40.88 shipped each and you can't beat that. The OEM Dunlop one is $102.00 shipped.

Nice find! That is incredibly cheap.

I wonder how much of an MPG hit you'll see going away from LLR tires though.

I put 175/ 65/ 14 Michelin X snow / ice tires on the 15 and filled them to 38 psi. Didn't lose but maybe 1 mpg

I am half tempted to order a set of these myself, even though I have no immediate need for tires. The nearest Pep Boys is in Seattle, and I have no problem going to pick them up. Only $160 for four tires that are the RIGHT SIZE is a super deal, even if the tires are mediocre.

EDIT: Ordered a set, but missed the link above to Ebay and ordered directly from Pep Boys. Tires were $39.99 instead of $40.88 (still ship free), but I wound up paying Washington tax to the tune of about $17. D'oh!! Still, $44 per tire is pretty good. Be sure to use Ebay if you can.

These tires are Made in Thailand just like the OEM Dunlop which are Made in Thailand too... It is much better then any tires which are Made from China, I guess they make these in Thailand for Thailand Mirage.. I just mount them in the rear and so far it is pretty good, about the same as stock Dunlop.. Not super noisy. For $40 a tire,, you can't beat it... with Free 2nd Day FedEx shipping.

They sent you the same tire they sent me...the Vee Rubber City Star V2. Not the "Nika" that was advertised? Oh well, for $40 each I ain't gonna complain about a slightly different tread pattern.

Pretty good deal on what looks like a decent tire. For the price of about 1 1/2 Dunlops, you get a set of four tires...in the correct oddball size...shipped right to your door.

Wow good catch, I didn't realize it is different brand... Let me know when you have yours install and how it runs on all 4 wheel. I have 2 installed and so far it is pretty good.

i need to buy two also but currently it's showing out of stock online. I don't really want to buy 4 175/65r 14's as a replacement because I'm not spending $100+ per tire on the Enasaves

Currently www.simpletire.com has 165 65R14 for $33.88 plus shipping. You get 5% off if you use coupon code "MILITARY" This is where I got 2 of the OEM Dunlop ensave as well...

Fast shipping and legit. However I am not familier with this Sunfull tire but it is sure a cheap option..
