Hello charith84 and welcome to the forum.

The change you are proposing would lead to a tire taller than the original with a greater circumference. This will affect the vehicle's speedometer, but not by much. The other dimensions appear to be the same.

Keep in mind that a tire's stated dimensions often differ from one manufacturer to another.

You should be fine with that swap. Just a minor difference in speedometer, but small enough not to notice.
