Clutch adjustment and other clutch question

So I read the thread on adjustment.
I don't like the clutch high.
I adjusted it to left to go lower. Works better.
But I hear a click when I push clutch in.
Maybe it was there before and I didn't notice?
    Anyone have any thoughts?

There's a thread here on clutch adjustment: http://mirageforum.com/forum/showthr...age-Space-Star

I keep meaning to adjust mine. Like you, mine is really high. I always remember when it's cold, rainy, or I have to work. Or this morning, all 3.

I don't think I've noticed any click in mine.

When does the click happen? Is it before you start disengaging the clutch, or as you start?

I checked mine and also hear a click. I looked under the dash by the clutch pedal and see that the click I hear corresponds with a micro-switch being activated with the pedal one or two inches from being fully depressed. I imagine this is probably the engine starter clutch interlock switch. There is also a switch at the top of the pedal travel but it doesn't make any noise on my car. It's probably the clutch cruise control cancel switch.
