Hatch won't open

Hello,

Anyone here knows what is wrong with my hatch door, it won't open and the car is unlocked. If any of you have experience how to fix this please share because I'd would like to learn how to fix it myself rather send it to a workshop.

All I can suggest is dropping the rear seats and crawl in the back and remove that inner panel to see what is going on.

I couldn't figure out what was wrong, suddenly it opens... Could it be my battery is weakening because last time I check it was last year and my battery was about 70%. Anyway I am happy it doesn't need expensive fix.
