I dig how it matches your car. Looks incredibly nice.

I had to fix my first tiny paint chip on the hood. Dab of universal black was fine. I can see it as I know where it is but if I buff it I'm sure I won't see it.

Was super hot today, but still incredibly nice, so I decided to go on a nice drive through the notch near where I live, she still holds her own out there. And also washed her because of all the road work near my house

    What's a "notch"? I don't hear that expression where I live.

Just another word for a deep mountain pass, it's said a lot where I live

I hadn't heard of it either. There's a Wikipedia entry that covers this.

    Wikipedia: Col

Particularly rugged and forbidding cols in the terrain are usually referred to as notches. They are generally unsuitable as mountain passes, but are occasionally crossed by mule tracks or climbers' routes.
More can also be found at the entry for Mountain Pass.

Mountain passes make use of a gap, saddle or col (also sometimes a notch, the low point in a ridge).

New to this forum as of today. Have had my mirage for about 7 months now and I've already racked up 24000km, not a single issue. Anyways, today I added some plasti dip accents, mostly for protection purposes to the entire front and hood of my beast. Turned out nicely I think. Ignore my headlight if you can see it
,have a new one coming in the mail. Thats a whole other story..
