This is true. You're better off than ~2010-13 though, yes? I can't recall how your patterns coincided specifically with ours. Ours was quite steep for a while, well over $4/gal. which is a lot for us. (Cue the Europeans laughing!)

Noticed my wheel is getting some wear spots, so I put a stitch on steering wheel cover. Took almost 2 hours to do but I'm happy with the result of a $4 investment. Not perfect but Happy overall. Very cushy too lol

Installed 4 new speakers in the doors today. Infinity brand in the front, and Kickers in the rear. I like the Infinities much better. The Kickers almost sound muddy, compared to the Infinities. Got them from Crutchfield's. Great deal. The Infinities' sound is crystal clear. Very easy, and quick install.

I think replacing the stock speakers is a great way to improve the sound quality for these little cars. Let's see some pictures of your install, and post some links to the products so others can see what you put in and how.
You can read about my speaker upgrade here with photos.

Got my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 SE all cleaned up and I think I am finally done with all of the OEM add ons and accessories!!!
Cleaned both of our Mitsubishi vehicles inside and out. We have most all of the factory OEM accessories added on both our cars that we want. 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT AWC and 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 SE. I love them both!!!
Front view of add on OEM accessories on my G4 SE.
By adding the OEM Bodyside Moldings, Chrome Door Handles and Mirrors, Side Sill Rocker Moldings and Window Rain Guards it really gave my 2017 Mirage G4 SE a sharp side profile!
