    What's that small box hanging down under the mirage located under the trunk area?

    As the title states. I first noticeday it while under the car the other day and seen it again walking up behind the car today. It's dead center right in back? What is it?

    I didn't really inspect it.

    I think it's the evaporative (charcoal) canister. Haven't looked lately but seems to me that's what is back there.

    It's the flight recorder black box!

    Or the evaporative emissions charcoal canister where the fuel vapors are stored until the ECM decides to open the purge valve so the engine can use it as fuel.

    It's probably the second one

    Thanks fellas. Yeah I was thinking it was the food bowl for the 3 hamsters under the hood.
