Does the mirage already have a relay controlling the horn? If I upgrade the horn do I need another relay to handle the higher current draw?

There are plug-n-play replacement horns that do not require messing with the wires or relay.

If you upgrade the horn to higher current you need extra relay and bigger cables.

When I added my set of fiamm el grande horns I wired it with a relay and fuse, just to be safe. I wired it in addition to the factory horn, so it had its own separate wiring and switch. I would worry more about the wiring be able to handle the higher current draw as well. In my case, the el grande draws less than 10 amps. However some air horn draw more than that, close to 15 amps or even higher. I have pictures of the horns and the mounting location, as well as switch placement, in my garage pictures.

i just changed my horn the firs time used it was working then after a while it stopped working.
I already checked the all the fuse from the fuse holder and the default fuse and its not burnt.
The Bosch Evolution notes in the manual to have a 16amp fuse?
If there is a default 10amp how much do i need to attach from the fuse holder to the relay? Its because i have added another 10amp fuse in the fuse holder that connects to the relay then to the horns but it not working.

mitsumi it's possible another component was damaged, such as the stock horn relay.
Remote troubleshooting has it's limitations.

Do you think the new horn has been damaged? What if you put the original horn back in - would it work?
