Overseas Cars come with a Handy Trunk Tray?

I keep seeing this tray in European car based views.

I believe at 22:37 is where the gentleman in this German review lifts the rear carpet showing the tray. Now THAT is a Mod I would like to make on one.

About 20 seconds later he folds the rear seat... is it just "me", or does it seem to fold "flat"? That was one of my nags about the Mirage when I took one out for a test drive, the seat was like a hill when folded flat. No hatch I have owned has done that; they all laid flat (79 Accord, 87 Chevrolet Sprint/Suzuki Forsa Turbo, 92 VW MK2 GTI 16v)

We can get a similar tray in the US but it's spendy.
    $352. http://www.discountmitsubishiparts.c...Z522742EX.html

Australians can get it for $70 US. I wonder what cost to ship here.

Also, the seats don't fold anymore than ours do, the cargo tray sits on the same tray we have and is the same thickness as the seats backs, leveling the cargo floor.
