Can I get some wheel and tire size reccomendatios for my 2014 Mirage? Don't want wheels poking out and touching the fenders at all so it has to be the correct offset.

Will I need to lower it? and if so what coilovers/lowering springs?

Been in the DSM game for a long time and just got a new Mirage! Have had several older ones but I will say, this one is amazing!

If maintaining your fuel economy is a priority, check out this thread: Fuel Efficient 15" Wheels & Tires

Will I need to lower it?
You have to be careful lowering these cars...especially in the rear. The rear alignment cannot be adjusted. Lowering these cars tends to move the rear toe out of specification...which can cause premature wear of the rear tires.

If you haven't had a 4-wheel alignment check done on your car, you might want to read this thread before you even think about installing new wheels/tires/springs: Rear Alignment Problem FAQ

I was going to say the same thing. How do you like the Tien coilovers? I currently have Eibach lowering springs but want to upgrade to coilovers soon. Name: MirageSummer6.jpg

Here is a great thread on wheels that will fit the Mirage, and it has tons of pictures.

Tein coilovers are great just make sure you order them with stiffer springs then what they come with. Also roll your rear fenders so you can lower it more.

Excellent. The ones that come with them are too soft? Your car looks great BTW

Yea there a little soft perfect every day drive and if you don't ride with a full car all the time. But if you want something for auto-x etc I would need up the springs when u order them from tein.
    Spring Rate (F): 168lbs/in (3kgf/mm)

    Spring Rate (R): 118lbs/in (2.1kgf/mm)

Did you guys notice any major MPG or acceleration losses with the 16x7s?
