The fact that the rear cargo cover is only held on one side with a cord not two. Was that really a needed savings? Everytime I open the trunk I just looks like it is half way broken

Inadequate interior lighting. I have stick on LED lights all over so I can see if I drop something or have to look in glove box.

My main issue is the lack of reach control of the steering wheel. When i sit close enough to the steering wheel my knees hit the steering column and when my knees don't hit the steering column the steering wheel is too far away. Lowering the seat also doesn't help since then the lumbar support is too high.
The vague steering was an annoyance at first but i got used to it , still think its a tad too heavy when driving at highway speeds.
I also got used to the handling. It feels like its going to tip over or slide but it just doesnt. Its weird but i can forgive it since the ride is pretty smooth.

So the seating position is terrible for me but other than that its a nice car. Pretty quiet at speed, great mileage and it feels like a much bigger car to drive.

You want to be as far away from that airbag as possible. Elbows should be slightly bent with a firm grip and thumbs hooked on the steering wheel spokes for best control.

I guess I'm lucky as I don't find it to be a problem.

    Hello Forum!
New around here but I would have to say after having this car for a few weeks now (Used 2014) is the lack of some sort of center console arm rest, I commute 2 hours a day so it's annoying but not a deal breaker.

They offer a factory one now that fits '14-'17. Part number is MZ330444. Expensive at the stealership, not so bad if you can DIY. The odd part is that Mitsubishi has offered this console to the rest of the world for years, but just recently started selling it here. I put one in my '15 about two years ago and had to have it sent from a parts house in Thailand!

I wish they would offer the top trim levels GT in hatchback and SE in sedan with a manual transmission. That is annoying. Some of us want all the features AND a manual transmission.

Yeah I would have bought 2 GT hatches if they came in manual. Oh well the SE's are great
