My 1.0L has never had the "B" mileage reset, and it shows 4.3L/100km after about 45000km driven. No idea how much that is in medieval measures. That is about the same as my daughters 1998 Fiat Seicento gets, albeit the Fiat being much shorter and about 30cm (12 ins?) narrower.

That's 55 mpg US for those who don't do Metric. Very nice. I wish we had the 1.0L option here.

According to spritmonitor.de the 1.0L consumes an average of 4.9L/100km and the 1.2L averages
    5.2L/100km.

You may want to look at that page, because it has a plethora of information.

Here's a random photo I just saw on Twitter, under the heading:

"Just got 60.0 MPG in our Mirage"

After looking at your Fuelly record, I looked for other 2015 Mirages as well. There were two users reporting an average of 26 MPG, one of them after 60 reported fillips! How in the heck do you make that happen? I live in an area with cold temperatures, high winds and mountainous terrain. Even when I feel like I have been driving like a bat out of hell, the worst fillup I have ever had was 42 mpg. We easily average 45-46. Not as good as my old Metro...but the Mirage is much more car than a Metro.

I agree, I wouldn't think it would be even possible to get that poor of mileage regardless of how maniacally one might drive.

It makes no sense to me either. I bet they do not know how to calculate or drive it insanely.

Or they have the wrong model selected? Those numbers look more like an Outlander.

Actually, tires alone makes a huge difference, in winter, my mirage dropped (consumed more) nearly 2L/100km...
In summer when i swapped back the stock tires and rims, it would average about 5-6L/100km. Full highway it could do around 4.5L/100km.
