Once again I didn't buy a Dodge Challenger SRT Demon

Let's face it....there comes a time in your life when you no longer have to worry about being punctual for work. That makes the following a bit less needed for your daily commute.

I also have concerns about the price of a replacement engine compared to that of a 1.2L Mirage. Then, the fuel cost difference would probable buy groceries for a family of four.

It looks as though I'll be driving the little Mirage for many years to come.

840hp... wowsa. That is almost 11 Mirage's worth of horsepower.
Custom Mirage products: Cruise control kit, Glove box light, MAF sensor housing, Rear sway bar, Upper grill block

Current project: DIY Nitrous oxide setup for ~$100

That depends on what year Mirage you are comparing to.

Not sure how well it uses all that power. I'm guessing the power to the wheels is less? Mustangs also have that twitch issue where the car just turns one way when the chassis can't hold all the power. Or like that Mercedes C class with 1000hp and even it couldnt put all the power down. Seems like a waste to me smh.

Street-legal drag car, that's all they are. The only US production car that can lift the front wheels off the ground from the factory!

The Demon is only available with an automatic. That's a dealbreaker, so I guess I will have to make due with a 707 horsepower Hellcat!

I think I heard it's a 1 seater? Kind of worthless. This makes the 95 gen 1 rt10 Viper I owned seem practical lol.

Yeah, the base model comes with a driver's seat. Passenger seats are a $1 option.

I'm still astonished that SRT Demon actually weighs a bit over 2 tons. 2 tons. Also, in my opinion, it's WAY too much power for your average person to handle. It takes a lot of skill (and time) to really control a car like this.
