Hello and welcome to the forum Cris051.

I moved your post into its own thread to give it more attention.

Its a possibility that you could find rods from another engine, but you would have to get your measurements and talk with a rod company about that. I don't think we have anyone who has replaced their rods with aftermarket rods yet.

    Hello

Thanks bro, i was searching for another engine who has the same stroke and bore. The 3A92 is stroke 75mm and Bore 90mm. And the Honda D series has the same spec in stroke and Bore. But i not sure if i can use the Rods and Pistons of that Honda. Thi is my car Name: IMG_0420.jpg

And in Puerto Rico we are tuning the ECU doing the Reflash. No piggyback no other computer. The max HP we get is 119 9psi"boost", internal stock.

That's impressive out of a little three cylinder 1.2 liter engine.

I'm interested to know if there have been any head gasket problems.

Contact your local Mitsubishi dealer, and see if they can get you the 1.1L 3A91 or 1.0L 3A90 connecting rods. That sounds easier than using parts from other cars.

The 3a9x series of engines has a 75mm bore for all three engines. The stroke on the 3a92 (1.2 L) is 90 mm. It is what they call an undersquare design, where the stroke is longer than the bore.

I would recommend taking a bunch of measurements of the rod and start contacting rod companies to see if they got something that'll work.

I'm curious how you are reflashing the ECU? Also, what turbocharger are you using? 119hp sounds like great fun! We would love to see more pictures. Thanks!
