You're not alone.

I still get excited when I see one, especially because they're still a very rare sight in my little city (because the nearest dealership is 100 km away).

I saw my first G4 last week. They're quite rare around here too.
Custom Mirage products: Cruise control kit, Glove box light, MAF sensor housing, Rear sway bar, Upper grill block

I know I've said it a bunch but they are more than rare in NE WI. They don't exist or id have seen one, besides our two.
The Mitsubishi dealer here is small and only has outlanders. I have never seen a mirage on their lot. They are connected to a Hyundai and Mazda dealer.
There are probably 6 around here that I see on a weekly basis, but only one is a G4. I usually flash my headlights with the high beam switch when I see one.
I usually see two or three a week around here. Always give a friendly honk and a wave.
I see a lot of Mirages where I live. I have yet to see another purple G4 like mine.
I've seen a lot around me. My dealer is probably the biggest in the area . We have 3 within 30 miles.
