    hubcaps or no hubcaps?

I keep looking at them and noticed the gap between the wheel and the cap? Should I remove it and go "naked"?

You should have known better lol

Another poster here did trim rings and (I thought...) it looked great.

    You don't like the look?

What prompted your question? Looks? Concern it's going to fall off? Fuel economy?

nope... the car looks too modern for it. I might just get some bigger 14s or 15s and some better tires.

How big of a gap? They should fit fairly tight unless some clips are broken or the big ring popped out of its holder. Or maybe you have aftermarket steel wheels? There is one car here with aftermarket steel 14x5 or 5.5 wheels and the hubcaps don't fit right on them.

One thing I noticed about the wheelcovers on the 2014 I drove: they were the flimsiest hubcaps I've ever seen!

Mitsu apparently applied either weight savings or cost savings or both, because they're hilariously thin & bendy. I'd be afraid to remove/reinstall one in sub-zero weather for fear of cracking it like a potato chip!
