If you use an open-air setup mounted to the floor, most likely. A standard box, firing up or back, I doubt there is enough space for the amount of box needed to have the proper amount of airspace for the subs to operate correctly based on their displacement values.

Figure out the measurements you have to use, then use the link below to figure out a design based off the sub airspace and mounting requirements, plus the Hz needed of optimum efficiency. Most 15" subs require 2sqft of airspace.

You were hoping for an easy answer, huh?

    Great answer

there's easily enough space for them even if you needed a 4 cubic foot box, for reference I've got a 1.3ish cube box.

I seriously doubt you'll find a box that fits correctly. The measurements I list (38x17) is the absolute max for a flat sitting box in the trunk.

Best bets build your own. Cheaper and pretty easy
