I use the myCARFAX app. It's free. I keep track of all my maintenance in it. It automatically updates recall information when you click on it. When I went in to update my oil change info, it showed my car had a recall. I didn't even have to look anything up, all the information is right there.

I received my recall notice 2 or 3 days ago. I'm probably going to wait until my first oil change to take it in though.

I would too, no reason to make more trips to the stealership than necessary.

I took mine in today. In and out in 25min.

My towns Mitsubishi dealer is connected to a Hyundai and Mazda dealer and the mitsu part is almost an afterthought. It's sooo tiny. Their "showroom" has room for a single lonely vehicle lmao. A silver 18 outlander sport.
They have like 2 or 3 cubicles and that it. Not a sole was in there. The brochures were tucked away in a corner and there was nothing for the Mirage. No literature or signage not a single flier.
In fact, not a single mirage on the lot. Only 6 outlander sports and 1 outlander.

I hope they stick around because otherwise I'll have to drive 30min away.

My radio presets were erased after this refresh btw that annoyed me.

The service guys asked about the car and said "I bet that gets 50mpg" I said "easily, sometimes more" lol

On a side note I sat in a brand new Miata mx5 roadster with the 6spd. 32k sweet little car but unfortunately for me it's way too small at 6'1" 188lbs and big upper body. It's MUCH smaller than a mirage in headroom, shoulder room, legroom and hip room. Zoom zoom. Get it.

My height was the worst part though. If say 5'10" max would be okay.

I agree - I've always felt cramped in a Miata and we are similar in size.

Thanks! I just got off the phone with Amato in Milwaukee. They said it was going to be 3 hours! I'm guessing they thought it was the Takata airbag recall, not just a simple reprogram job.

I'm hoping they can do this, and check to see if the cold start rich idle issue is taken car of too. Gotta dig up the info on that now too...

Try registering with Mitsubishi and enter your VIN. There you will find what recalls have been performed.

Nevermind! Looks like you already did this...
