Its no surprise seeing low sales numbers with low gas prices. However, its still nearly 2x what Mitsu thought they were originally going to sell.
Custom Mirage products: Cruise control kit, Glove box light, MAF sensor housing, Rear sway bar, Upper grill block

When the refreshed Mirage comes out, if they actually market it, it could easily hit 20,000 sales a year

I expect sales of the Mirage will continue to decline until the new models come out. This is typical when a major facelift is expected soon.
I am sure Mitsubishi is not surprised by it.
USA
Great month for the company, bad month for Mirage: 1085 sales, the lowest of 2015. That's the 2nd worst month for the car (assuming Nov. 2013 wasn't supply constrained).
I suppose we may see slow sales until the spring when the sedan is announced and the updated 2017 hatchback goes on sale, with more advertising support behind them.
Source: http://media.mitsubishicars.com/rele...november-salesMitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) continues its sales momentum with November 2015 sales of 6,722, an increase of 3.6 percent from November 2014. Mitsubishi has reported year-over-year sales increases for 21 consecutive months. Year-to-date sales are 87,455, up 23 percent over the same period in 2014.
CANADA
Similar story: great month overall for the company (+10% vs. last Nov.), but with poor sales of the Mirage @ 187 (2nd lowest month of 2015, also well below 2014 & 2013 averages).
