Why would they cheap out? Because it's Mitsubishi haha. And if your car doesn't have the mirrors with the turn signals in it there's no chance in hell the door itself is wired for the heated mirror, either.

My 2014 has heated mirrors and no signals in the mirrors, they're in the fenders.

That's cuz you got a Canuckistan model, not a US of A unit since apparently it doesn't get cold here... which is why all the US of A units have a/c when you guys have to pay out the rear for it. That's why you have heated seats, too while they're hard to find here.

Yeah, the heated mirrors were only on the fancy Canada cars. None of our work cars have it. Mitsubishi obviously hates consistency! I think auto temp controls are now standard in Canada, so I'd assume ac is too? So now a base model 5spd canadkstani Mirage has ac, and roll up rear windows and likely no heated mirrors. I've only seen a few cars up here with signal lights in the mirrors.

2014's didn't have the signal mirrors here, either. The 2015 ES, 2017+ SE and GT do though. And yes, digital climate control means A/C I believe.

Ran the wires from the fuse block top center pin to footwell harness connectors. I now have heated mirrors
