    Srs-ecu recall

As some of you know I work for a Mitsubishi dealership in the service department and would like anyone with a 6th gen. Mirage sold in the US to get your car into the dealership for the reflash of the SRS-ECU. This work is free through Mitsubishi and can only be done at a Mitsubishi dealership. You can call any dealer to check if your Mirage is affected. When you do call your dealership it is really helpful to have the last 8 of your Mirage's vin code handy.

If you need help to find out if your car is affected by this recall, you can pm me and I will get back to you as I can.

Ok, sweet!! Just wanted to make sure that it got posted. Due to recalls I have been super busy and have not been able to post/read the forums in a bit.

Yah, for me it's easier said then done because it's now a 440 mile round trip to the nearest dealer.

Replace a few relays under the hood with dead ones then call roadside assistance. It'll save you half the fuel if you can catch a ride with the tow truck?

I just found out about this through the Mitsubishi Owners webpages. Hope to get it done in the next week or so.
