    my take of the V platform based mirage

    So today I did a quick sketch of what I think the next gen mirage could look like. I will add some more ideation and development sketches Name:  car.jpg

    I like it.

    This little platform has so much potential for Mitsubishi. I'm certain Mitsubishi imports the Mirage mainly to meet US CAFE standards, but it could do so much more. I mean, look at the interest on this forum of everyone trying to modify their Mirage!

    I suppose from the standpoint of meeting fuel economy and energy security laws, it would seem the Mirage will continue to be sold here in the US. It will be interesting to see what Mitsubishi (and Nissan & Renault) does next.

    But I have a question: what's a V platform?
