well the center bore is bigger isnt that a problem?? i just want to be done with this
If it's from a Nissan, it'll fit but there will be a gap at the center bore. For a quick & dirty job, you can get away without a centering ring to fill that gap - be sure to cross-tighten your lug nuts appropriately.
If the rims are from a Honda (doubt it...,) the center bore will be a perfect fit. Well, *should* be.

I don't see why not. Use the valve stems that Eggman mentioned above (any decent tire shop will stock them) and have your tire shop swap them over. Are these permanent or winter wheels? In other words...will you be swapping your TPMS sensors back into another set of wheels in the spring?
