I'll have a quick go at this. I'm still putting together my list, but here are a few things that I would like to get done. These are in no particular order except the maintenance stuff will probably happen first.

    Maintenance
    - Get alignment checked & fixed if need be
    - Get new tires
    - Fix HVAC issue (blows warm on driver's side, cool/cold on passenger side)

    Mods
    - Grill block
    - Air dam
    - Block heater
    - Inexpensive cruise control
    - Inexpensive rear sway bar
    - Electric power steering controller
    - Mirror blanking plate(s)
    - Glove box light
    - ECU tuning solution
Custom Mirage products: Cruise control kit, Glove box light, MAF sensor housing, Rear sway bar, Upper grill block

Current project: DIY Nitrous oxide setup for ~$100

I just purchased the side sill extensions, so I need to get those one. I also need to lower it! Not sure if I'll go with a set of springs or full coilovers, however.

    Here's a teaser of the wheel/tire setup I got.

I know about the cruise and GBL but the steering controller is new to me. What does it do?

The electric power steering controller will allow you to adjust how much assist you get from the power steering rack. This mod is an attempt to allow you to feel the road more. A lot of reviews say the Mirage power steering gives way too much assist and I would agree with them. In my oipnion, it disconnects you from the road and makes driving more vague feeling. I prefer a more direct / connected feel.
