There were a few early Asian/Euro models with the 1.0 liter 3A90 motor I believe that didn’t have the rear spoiler. If you look at the rear hatch it has a big plastic plate at the top of the rear window for the brake light mount on the inside of the hatch.

The "stripped naked" 1.0L (€7000) sold in most of Europe had no rear spoiler. There was no plastic plate on the outside of the lid, but the third stop light was a little wider, and the trunk lid did not have any holes for mounting the spoiler.

The entry-level face-lifted ones in Europe models "Basis" and "Edition 100" (currently around €9250) have no rear spoiler.

Looks far better than the Micra. The lines are bolder. Also, they get two tone in Germany? What? And amazing color accents? WTF? Are we disfigured or something?

You can get the color accents now in the US for 17+ Mirages, the dealerships should have the part numbers soon. The accents in Germany come only in Orange as will ours here. It's called 'Colorline Orange.'

Do they call that stripper version the "Base Star" over in Germany?

No Spoiler... looks like it's missing something.
