Can you take a picture of it and post it?

Sadly I have bad news! I kept having a screech noise from the bottom of the car while accelerating. Took it to the dealer and they said the cross member, rear engine mount bar and sway bars are bent. It seems the damage was more extensive than presumed. The insurance might fix it, but honestly I am concert if this will issues with the car's reliability

That's normal damage for striking/riding over a heavy object at hwy speed. The object you hit likely was larger than the space/clearance under the car and so had to lift the car's weight as it tumbled through. That amounts to an incredible force against all the parts involved. I wouldn't be at all concerned about future reliability as a result. These are all bolt on parts that are easily replaced.
You should be more amazed the car survived at all.

    Will weld for beer.
