What's causing this corrosion on the cooler?

Southern car ..... never been exposed to salt.

Changed the oil earlier and noticed this green stuff on the cooler.

Anybody had this issue? What's causing this corrosion?

Just cleaned it and we'll see if its comes back.

Don't recall seeing this reported. Definitely looks like some sort of corrosion - have you driven in salty road conditions? Doesn't look like it because everything else looks real clean.

    I thought it was corrosion.

That’s coolant....I had one car leak like that when new. Thought it was the cooler but it was just the hose clamps.

Ok. That makes sense ..... looks like its dripping from the top.

    Replace clamp?

    That's what I'd do.
