Rigging up bulbs using factory Fogs?

So, I have a fog light switch on the multi stock, but obviously, no fogs.

On my Jeep, all I had to do was tap into the factory wiring (left tucked into the fog location), get the dealer to flash the BCM to allow fog light control, and wire in a custom harness for reasons that I doubt will be an issue on the Mirage.

Do I have factory wiring ready to go?
What needs to happen to make the switch function?
Will I be able to run whatever I want off that power source or does the Mirage detect non-factory voltages and shut the circuit down like a piece of crap Jeep (see above)

The wiring is there tapped to the frame rails. You'll need to add a relay and get the computer flashed.
