Question Q: Type of tires to use

Q: In a tropical country like the Philippines, what type of tire to be used? like all terrain? etc. I haven't bought a tire yet for my Civic VX rims 13'

Also what kind of tire is used in this pic?

I would imagine normal tires would be fine. Are you unhappy with the tires you have now?
