After not much thinking and high gas prices in CA (3.75/gal) wife got a new mirage. Its the ES with CVT in white. Will be getting rid of the 15 Lancer SE that took close to 1100/month out of my monthly pay and she hated to fill it up! Also last year I helped an old friend get a blue 17 Mirage ES CVT and his friend just a week before got a red one. It seems my recommendations work and people are happy!

Nice, remusrm. Do you plan on any modifications to your wife's Mirage?

Hope to see all these new owners on the forum soon.

Evidence that recent high gas prices are driving Mirage sales?

    Nice going, remusrm .

Interesting. I'm over 50. I never thought age would be a factor.

I mentioned to one of them. He did not know what car forum is, lol. The dude that got the 17 has a lot of miles since he does uber, and the car is going strong. I do not like he does his oil changed to his mechanic that does not know how to reset the oil life. I am certain he might put lower grade oil since he only pays 32 bucks.
