    There goes my idea of using a mirage in a burnout contest. Darn lol

    Turn off the traction control and you can lay down some burnouts!

    Can confirm, with a 5MT the car will spin out easily.

    Thanks for this picture journey of the transmission internals, I have a question though: Second post, second picture, there's a chain. Does the transmission have a chain primary like some motorcycles? A chain that attaches the engine output to the transmission input?

    Do you have any similar pictures of the manual transmission?

    The chain in the CVT teardown is what drives the hydraulic pump. The MT is gear driven only, no internal chain like a 4WD transfer case.
