GM uses too much plastic chrome. Enough, already with those chrome fog light bezels. Talk about trying too hard . . .

I wonder if active safety technology means adaptive cruise has finally 'trickled down' to the smallest, least expensive segment.

It might mean cruise and automatic braking as well. In some countries Mirage already has auto braking.

'googled'. Appears to be low speed (to 37mph) automatic braking only. Not a bad thing with all the distracted drivers these days.

Yes and no. I always said Cadillac needs to stop with so much chrome, but then they just replaced the chrome with aluminum. They managed to make some pretty ugly aluminum grills.

Ditto on chrome. I'm not a big fan of it.
Custom Mirage products: Cruise control kit, Glove box light, MAF sensor housing
Current project: Developing a rear sway bar alternative

It's Chevy's new face. The Cruze and Malibu have received a similar look.

To me, the Spark looks OK for a cheap, small car. Rather pleasing, really. Just too much fake chrome.
