I'm pretty sure this was brought up before. I believe Foama(in Germany) has a steering wheel lock because they are less barbaric over there or however he worded it lol.

It is a curious thing to say. Seems counter-intuitive.

Hi, I tried to activate the security alarm, connected the wire from etacs to juction.
The lights are flashing but not the horn. Am I missing something here?

What wire did you connect please?
