    Craigslist: Ford festivas - $900

As featured on Jalopnik. Six total. One runs.

Craigslist ad: Ford festivas - $900

I have 6 ford festivas, 1 of them runs and drive.

100$ a car 500$ for the good one.
Take them all for 700! you get
    7 motors

More parts then you can shake a stick at.
    LOADS of new parts.

I'm moving and I cant take all of them with me.

text or call I'm off all week.
I wonder if (or when) this will happen to our favorite little car?

It took 25+ years for the Festiva to get there.

Designed by Mazda, built by KIA, and sold by Ford. A true economy car! 1988-89 model had carburetors. 1990-93 were fuel injection. Ford had a $1000 rebate on them when I bought one brand new for $5300 in 1990. I drove that car for 14 years. Afterwards, I regretted selling it. I missed not having that car for years, but my 2017 Mirage has filled that void in my life very nicely!

You're thinking about these, aren't you. Remember - more parts then you can shake a stick at.

Jalopnik comments repeatedly suggest this is a spec racer starter set.

No, I have zero desire to buy 6 Festivas. I was half-owner of one for a couple years. We did every mod you can think of short of an engine swap. Had a ton of fun and put over 600 autocross runs on that car before we finally got tired of fixing it.

(And to be fair, the reason we were having to fix it is because we raised the rev limit and started breaking valve train parts!)

I'm much happier with my reliable Mirage for now.
