The 2018 Mirage SE now comes with a driver's armrest...whatever that means.

The mid-level SE is largely unchanged, but gains a standard driver's armrest.

What do you mean? SE comes standard with armrest/console. What's not to understand?

Nothing beat the oem armrest. I've got it for $60 and I'm satisfied.

So, honestly this might seem silly, but I just grab a pillow and stuff it in-between the seats where my arm rests. Its honestly pretty comfortable and is obviously much cheaper. I find that the car has enough storage in the doors and the glove-box to store whatever I need.

I just installed an aftermarket one I found on Amazon for $40. It's not bad looking and seems to come out a little farther than one ones sold by Mitsubishi. The plastic on it is fairly cheap and creaky, but overall sturdy.

For those who haven't seen it, here is what the driver's side armrest looks like in the 2018 Mirage...

I installed the oem armrest today and it is great! Good height, easy install and rock solid. Doesn’t wiggle at all. I didn’t follow all the directions and did my own thing occasionally looking at them. Over all easy install! I would recommend

it's nice and simple, which I like, but it would be great if they could be height adjustable as well. but still better than nothing.
