    Rear Wheel wells

Just a heads up to everyone the rear wheel wells really hold a lot of debris neither Mirage is driven off road... I was surprised how much stuff get's in there compared to other cars. For longevity especially in salt areas really clean the rear wheel wells out. Make sure you get the inside the top lip.

Great advice. Every spring I muck out my rear wheel wells. You would be amazed what comes out after a Pacific Northwest winter...

Be careful. My wheel well lip had a burr on it that cut me when I was running my fingers along it to make sure I got all the crud out.

Another great idea a old timer shared... take a hose with attached sprayer put under the vehicle twice a year let it run in sections for 5-10 minutes. I've done that as part of preventive care my oldest vehicle looks brand new underneath I also fix any surface rust I find twice a year.
