I'm planning on installing H&R springs provided on speedlab's website, but I'm having trouble finding upgraded dampeners to compliment the new springs. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would suggest getting a full coilover setup instead, considered that any aftermarket springs will lower your car, which means you will need to get the camber bolt... then you also need aftermarket shock... it adds up quickly to 450-550$. A full coilover setup is around 700-1000$ and it comes with camber plate.
Having trying out several springs and shocks on my Integra, if i am to upgrade any suspension again, i will definitely go with coilover... not only is much simpler to replace, also the whole system works better as a whole...
I have come across an aftermarket shocks company in Malaysia called F-tuned.
What's different is that I believe they can customise your shocks and springs to your liking.
You can try googling it.
I found BC racing coilovers, https://www.bcracingpower.com/produc...lovers-b-32-br, are these good quality?
BC Racing is a reputable brand.
I am on GAB coil overs. So far so good.
Not too sure about God Speed though.. never heard before and sounds tacky.
CheezyWedges are you the one on F-Tuned?
Just passed 60,000 miles, and it is time to do the front brake pads again. I mic'd the rotors, and they are still well within specs. So I will be reusing them. Wear limit is 15.4mm, mine are currently at 16.7mm. They were both about 17.7mm 30,000 miles ago.
I am putting in Raybestos Element3 "Enhanced Hybrid Technology" pads. These are supposed to offer the wear and low dust benefits of a ceramic with the performance of a semi-metallic. Part number is EHT1731H.

They were about $22 shipped on Ebay. I certainly trust Raybestos and know they make a quality pad. These also come with all the associated hardware...in stainless steel...squealer clips, pad abutment clips, shims, etc. They are some of the nicest looking brake pads I have seen.
Initial impression is good. They seem to stop well. Let's see how long they LAST!
Or at least they say stainless steel! Did you put a magnet on them?
I've bought some "stainless" parts online that rusted in a year.

I've heard of godspeed, my brother said they were a good brand. He had megans on his Matrix and told me to buy the Godspeeds right away. Still want to wait for Megans to come out or sell some stuff for the BC Racing. BC Racing is top of the line stuff. You wont find anything better for the mirage.
