Has anyone installed the K&N filter at the top of the page? I ask because their site says it's not for the 2014 Mirage.

( Update) emailed k&n they said that they don't make a drop in filter for the 2014 Mirage.

K&n part number 33-2417 seems to be the correct part for u.s.a. spec mirage.

33-2417 comes up as all models of the 2014 Smart car.

Correct, the filter dimensions should be the same though.

Maybe I'm confused. K&n has always been model specific with it's filters. I would never spend the money especially on a new car unless the filter was made for my application.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm just going to make an intake for mine. 2.5" filter with an adapter for 2" and 2" intercooler piping.

Oh. And one day I removed the filter completely for no reason. No CELs or anything. So airflow metering issues aren't something we should worry about.....yet.

That Speedlab intake looks like ass. It probably won't work with out cars anyhow since it doesn't look like the foreign market Mirage uses a MAF sensor.

If there is enough interest, I can fabricate a few CAIs for you guys. Something that looks nice with a billet adapter for the MAF. I will be making one for myself either way.
