Audio question (upgrading stock speakers)

Hello,
Just have a few questions.
I feel the stock speakers are not very good, even with the trebel turned up, it still lacks clarity.

What size are the standard speakers?

Is there any pictures of someone upgrading?

How hard is it to remove the door trims?

I am interested in putting components in the front and rear, and just mount the tweeter somwhere.
