"Make and store up to 10 rewritable special codes
to send to the vehicle computer"

    What are these "special codes"?
Tuning, I am guessing. If so. is this likely to void the warranty?

I don't think it's tuning - it's more like specially formatted requests to get additional information that you don't get from the default setup.

I can ask the company for clarification if you want.

Just bought a used (Scangauge 2) for 41 dollar yesterday I only have to test it now
Just tried it, and it's the 3.17 version, and works like a charm

I'm looking forward to do some more testing, and to use it together with the Eco Gauge the European Mirage (Space Star) has ..

I'd prefer to buy and use the HUD type which sells for less.

Sorry about that. We recently revamped the emails and sales@mf is no longer valid. You can use mail@mirageforum.com though.
