    ECO manual

Instead, the CVT car (not the manual) gets a simple "ECO" light:

My manual has the ECO light, I have not noticed a "shift" light at any rpm and I've had it up to the rev limiter (that is slightly premature IMO).

I have the 1.0 manual Intense. The shift indicator in my car is located in the right side of LCD display below the speedometer. It is not a real light, but two small Arrow's one pointing up and one pointing down!

It might be that it requires some setting with the selector knob to the right before it is activated, I'm not sure!

Can anyone tell me what the symbol means after "AVG" on the average fuel economy screen?

Looks like a zero with a slash through it.

Its a technical symbol indicating Cross-Cut (also used to indicate diameter)!!

OK, how does that relate to fuel economy?

I imagine American gallons, since we use American units for fuel...

But Canada doesn't, they use Imperial gallons.

It must depend on the country. I can't see them using US gallons on the display in the UK cars.

But I do wonder whether they'll use Imperial or US gallons in the Canadian ones. (We're Metric, but a lot of people still talk in Imperial/UK gallons here.)

Gosh, just switch to a globally metering system, liter, US gallon, UK gallon ... they're so 20th century!!! Too old, passé!! We're in a global connected world now, we need 1 metering system for everyone. Any ideas anyone?
