    The truth of my mirage purchase vs spark:

    1. The massive online/forum activity, both in this forum, and the Philippine forum, helped make my decision.
    2. Because Chevy; even nature hates 'em (see corvette museum gets sunk into giant sinkhole)
    3. One less seat
    4. 3 cylinder engine
    5. Aftermarket support for the mirage seems to be more than spark

    Number 5: true, japanese cars are built for modding, I rarely seen fully modded US cars with wings, side skirts, bumpers etc etc
