Bronze Konig Heliums on Sapphire Blue

Ended up putting the new wheels on early, since it's been unseasonably warm here in northern Virginia. Gave it a bath and broke out the camera, and here's some of the shots!

I'm surprised they actually look pretty dark against the blue paint, but it works rather nicely. Tires are 195/50/15 Hankook Ventus V2 Concept2.
They line up with the fenders nicely, and poke out just a bit towards the bottom. Got a few pics of that on my phone, so I'd need to transfer those over.

I have 15" alloys to mount on mine and the wait is killing me! Living in the snow belt forces me to wait until April. Nice looking wheels and car! What size tires?

Sweet. The look reminds me of a slot car.

    Hmmm...those wheels look familiar...

Is your car lowered...and do you have rear alignment problems? I'm asking because some people have said lowering springs tend to make the rear alignment settings worse...and it looks like you might have a turnbuckle setup on your rear axle?

It's lowered on H&R springs, and the rear alignment was quite bad after, with a LOT of rear toe-in. You are correct that I do have a turnbuckle setup on it to pull the toe out to near zero, and it made a huge difference. Only complaint is a clunking sound from the back when I have passengers, otherwise it's fine. I think it's coming in contact with something on the evap canister mount, but I no longer have access to an alignment rack to move the turnbuckle up one hole on the spring perches to move them away from it. Ideally, I want to move that canister back some, since having the turnbuckle in the rearmost hole requires the least amount of tension to set the toe.
