Next time instead of Plasti-Dip try Fluid Film and replenish the coating as necessary. It won't cause your hitch to bind up in your receiver, that's for sure.
Come on now, use your words....
Heresy...
Finally got around to assembling and installing the OEM roof rack this weekend. Apparently, it's made by Thule with just the Mitsubishi logo slapped on it, so the $200-something Mitsubishi is asking...
That picture looks blury to me. If the fluid is black I'd drop the oil pan and have a look for metal rather than pulling the plug and refilling over and over.
From my experience, if you have black...
You can find a pair here...
In these parts a set of four wheel sensors start at €78.- (around US $90.-). Of course without reprograming the car's ECU, but you don't really need new programming if you have the ID of each...
I'm probably wrong but I believe the math goes like this:
1st fluid change: 3/7.4 = 40.5% dilution
2nd fluid change: 40.5 % + [3/(7.4 x 59.5%)]x59.5% (dilution of the remaining dirty fluid) = 81%...

That's the federal requirement for a NEW car being sold in the US.
As a consumer, there's no law that says you need to MAINTAIN that system. (that I'm aware of)
If your state doesn't have...
Your current factory sensors are programmed to your Mirage. Use them!

Just backing up what Top Fuel has already stated -
"Phase-in started in October 2005 at 20%, and reached 100% for models produced after September 2007. In the United States, as of 2008 and the...
It's a federal standard in the US. TPMS has been required in all cars sold in the US since 2007.
It's not required in all countries. For example...TPMS is not required in Canada.

Doing so removes the air intake resonator aka Helmholtz resonator. Previous discussions have shown this resonator not only attenuates noise but helps the intake "breathe easier".
For more details...
Yep. Which means you have the harness. Check out my dyi for more info.
I just feel like the soft suspension has its advantages too though. Handles speed bumps and road dips like a cloud. If I hit a pothole it feels a lot less seismic than in a Fit or Spark I guess, as...
Whether you want to upgrade factory 165/65r14 (22.4") or 175/55r15 (22.6") tires, I feel 175/65r14 & 185/55r15 are very good options. Both are 23" outside diameter tires, & you are unlikely to have...
This is a tricky question... Everyone has different preferences around here. Most of everyone is into the "saving gas" bandwagon while others are into making the car look good and even others are...
Tell me about it! When I was doing my research on which sizes and types of rims to get, the pickin's were indeed slim the slimmer I got. I ended up with 14x6, at least that doesn't force me away from...
Tire manufacturers will have a chart that you can usually find on their website that will show what THEY think an appropriate wheel width range is for a particular tire size of a particular tire...
