Yup wheel cylinder leak.
I could not get the rear line off so I wet sanded out the inside of the cylinder and used the pistons from the new cylinder I bought from RockAuto.
Not what I wanted to do...
Added 1/2 qt of CVT fluid after finding out I did not check the level correctly after changing it about a month ago. Thanks everyone for the posts on how to check it.

FYI I changed out both sides with new P21/5W since it is best to change them in pairs since one never knows when the other one will go. I kept the working one as a spare.
