I am currently working on something of the sorts.
Congrats! nothing beats paying off a car early. Hoping to get mine payed off sooner than listed. 4 years as of right now.
Welp after months of looking my wife picked her car. A nice hold over in the back of the lot. SEL trim level. 8k off MSRP. Its a blast to drive.. hopefully ill get to drive it again lol.
Might be a waste of money but at every oil change I have them rotated. They seem to have worn well.

I second checking the slides. My wifes car had an issues with things sticking. Took the break caliper and break off the car. The slides had no grease in them at all. Cleaned with some break cleaner...

Something I did when I had my Nissan in High School was keep a sock of kitty litter on the dash, worked like a charm. That little crap box barley made heat in the winter.
Turn on the AC compressor and switch the vent to pull in air from outside. Should solve your issue.
Be interesting to see how this works out.
I also have a 2019 that does not have the knob
I have my 14 for about 2 years, Got T-boned and was a total loss. That Green little bugger holds a place in my heart. Influenced the buying of the 2019 my heart longs for more than 18mpg
