Hello,
just popped the hood of my Mirage and noticed a couple of blue greasy spots on the battery terminals.
Is this something to fix or worry about? We are on a roadtrip and will hit more deserted regions soon...

Isn't the coolant for the Mirage blue?

That looks like a spray on anti-corrosion coating for the battery posts. I've seen it in both red and blue before.

I was always checking the battery voltage and it showed regular voltages, so I was not too worried, but still wanted to know the cause. We have ~2000 more miles to drive (2400 have already past)
I think the old permatex was the blue stuff for batterys, autozone has the crc or something like that, its red.
