any photos of the totaled mirage? always fun to see how these do in accidents.
That's a beauty, I like the color. Looks nimble with those rims
CVT or 5MT?
Lol I appreciate the inquiry and im a car guy too-but i really shouldnt have walked away..so lol no pics.
CVT...i know they still make manuals but ive seen only one.. at Myrtle Beach Mitsibushi last month ..in last few years.
Tis a nice car. The wheels are not bad, but what I do like about them is, I've never seen any like them. Which is cool.
They are 15x7 35 plus offset with 195/50.15's no rubbing..If u hammer brakes or are doing 70 on a dippy road they will rub ever so lil but its gonna be okay. I drove from WV to VA to pick it up and Attachment 24090had dealer swap tpms and do my tire wheel install. They also cut me a deal on 8 18" tires I needed for outlander and street rod. so my poor outlander lol was full all day.
I don't suppose you could pull the radio to see how the mic is wired in from the new or old one? :)
In that last photo, what's the vehicle to the left ?
Its my 1951 Plymouth Cranbrook.
The 1320 Challenger and the Prowlers I just sold ..they had less than 1000 mi each and airbag stickers still hung from glove boxes...the v8 s10 is an 84 with 44000 mi..and its a running mother lol..the 51 plymouth was my late dads and i really like it. the 33 coupe pictured i sold and its now the srx pace car lol small world I built another and my neighbor wanted it so i sold it too.
Nice
The Plymouth looks clean.
My father and I swapped a SBC into a 1986 S10 with a 3-speed automatic and 3.73's in the rear. Was my daily driver while in school.
Is that a full size wagon (Caprice ?) with fake wood paneling in the back ?
The wagon belongs to one of my friends who I bought the truck from. I looked At this truck at Ohio good goodguys show. I go to that show every year with my friends. A reputable street rod company had built it in their spare time. I really didn't want to ask him but it was so clean I knew I couldn't build it for what they had in it. So we struck up a deal. Then I backed out but a few hours later decided OK I'm gonna take it. I waited an hour too late it was gone. So exactly one year later I was on a computer looking at classifieds looking for a Volare road runner. There was the truck for sale again. So I called about it guy told me yes it was the same truck ..he bought a new vet and was gonna let some stuff go. And now it belongs to me and I'm so glad.
The wheel and tire setup looks SICK! I love it! Very glad you made it out of your accident okay and I hope you heal up like nothing happened.
Hey Thanks ! i didnt get a scratch it was weirdest thing ,,lol I should have bought farm. I take care of my brother who is mobility impaired and in that 30 secs im thinking gosh my late dad.. if i go see him..is gonna ask me why im not with my brother. Ive always been a gearhead and i think thats what saved me. When highway patrol was saying they were so glad i was okay i pointed to the NHRA member sticker on my backglass and told em..my reaction time..
. is why im here !
