Wow...that radio doesn't look anything like the radio that US-spec cars had back in 2014.
To answer your question...a company called Metra makes a trim piece that will set your dash up to accept your aftermarket radio...and make it look like it came that way from the factory. You can read a discussion and see pics in THIS thread.
