I would pull off your wheels and check / re-torque them in about 2-3 weeks. If they're still tight then, you should be fine.

What daox said. And just common sense. Make sure the wheel is centered properly when tightening the nuts. Since now it looks like the wheel isn't centered on the center of the hub but instead you're depending on the studs to be perfectly centered on the spacer. If you ever feel a vibration somethings not right. You'll probably be fine. Far less chance of something happening than in a fullsize truck running 15" wide wheels that stick out 10" past the fenders.
If you have to run spacers, try to get HUBCENTRIC ones if you can. Just Make sure everything is torqued properly and you should be OK. If you ever sense a strange vibration, pull over and check everything. Ask me how I know...LOL. :o
HUBCENTRIC SPACERS EXPLAINED
Thanks everyone...just realized mine are NOT hub-centric. No problems as of yet, but can't be too careful.
Gonna pick up some new ones today!
I had the same issue with sparco wheel I got at the dealer. The off set is not right. I had mine change the wheels! I would not use wheel spacers since they will void your warranty on premature bearing and other components
